Teamsters Canada Rail Conference Awards Scholarships

Congratulations to Timothy Clark, Janelle Lewko, Chris Knihnitski and Dusan Magdolen.

Teamsters Canada Rail Conference - Maintenance of Way Employees Division (TCRC-MWED) has awarded $500 scholarships to family members of four of its union members. The Educational Grants are sponsored by the Canadian Union Advantage Benefit Program (Union Savings).

Ken Deptuck (right), Teamsters Canada Advisor and a Union Savings Director, says "It is gratifying to be able to offer these Educational Scholarships to TCRC-MWED members and their dependents to promote education amongst the TCRC-MWED family. The selection committee recognized and appreciated the effort and content in all of the essays submitted. On behalf of the officers and members of the TCRC-MWED and the CUABP Directors, I would like to congratulate the four winners and wish them all the very best in their educational endeavors."
