The Real Estate Member Savings program has issued thousands of dollars in member rebates

All members of labour organizations affiliated with Union Savings can take advantage of the Real Estate Member Savings Program. It is a program that has prompted letters from very satisfied clients.

Members of Union Savings affiliated unions will receive the following benefits:

Selling Your Home

• Work with award winning Realtors® across Canada
• Receive a no-cost CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), which will establish a suggested selling price
• Receive from the program Realtor^® online and print marketing as well as open houses as required
• Receive a 10% rebate on the commission your selling agent receives
  Note: The 10% rebate does not include the portion payable to the co-operating agent or the total commission rate
• Property photos included on REALTOR.ca (Multiple Listing Service) and Royal LePage web sites.

Buying Your Home

• Work with award winning Realtors^® across Canada
• Receive a 10% rebate on the commission payable to the buying agent

*Residents of Alberta and Nova Scotia, where local laws prohibit rebates from such transactions, will receive gift cards from Westfair/Loblaws in thanks for participating in the program. All rebates are exclusive of GST.

Rebates do not apply if:

1. The property is already listed for sale or has already been sold
2. The buyer/seller is already under contract with a real estate broker
3. Other conditions may apply as made necessary by local laws, regulations or REMS
