Thank-you for pointing me in the right direction to save money on my car and home contents insurance with RBC. I received my policy today and compared to my old policy, saved $480 a year through the Union Savings Plan. When I bought my new car my insurance was going to skyrocket to $300 from $160 a month. When I noticed the email from Union Savings I got a quote for $269 from RBC Insurance which I couldn't find anything even close to it. Great savings over the year and that combined with a new car payment I wasn't used to, it made a huge difference.

I emailed Steven (DiGiovanni, Program Coordinator) and he quickly replied with the name of a realtor in my city. I ended up putting my home purchase on hold for over a year, but when I was ready, I contacted the realtor and began house hunting. My realtor was a huge help, her knowledge was vast and much appreciated. Because of my choice to use the Union Savings Program, I received a rebate of $500.00!!! To me, this is a great program, and where else could I have gotten any kind of rebate for buying a home?? The system works whether a person is buying or selling a home. I would highly recommend any Union Savings affiliated member to look into this type of program! There are many advantages to this program, and should I ever decide to sell and rebuy, I would definitely use it again!! Even after the lapse in time from my first initial contact, he still came through for me!!! This is a level of service I find to be top notch, congratulations to Steven and all the people who help make this program possible.
